Important Info Before Your Lesson

  • To start your lesson on time, you must be at Banderitsa Poliana (the second and final stop on the gondola line) before your scheduled slot.
  • Plan for at least 30 minutes to get up the mountain. The gondola opens at 08:00, and the ticket desks open at 08:30—but both usually have long queues.
  • During busy periods, we highly recommend arriving at the gondola queue up to 2 hours early, especially if you still need to buy your ski pass.

  • Can I choose between group and private lessons?

    Absolutely. We offer both group and private lessons for adults and children – just let us know your preference when booking.

  • What languages do your instructors speak?

    Many of our instructors speak English, Bulgarian, and other languages. If you have a language preference, please mention it when booking.

  • What do I need to bring to my lesson?

    Please come dressed for the mountain and bring your rented or personal equipment (skis or snowboard, boots, helmet). If you need gear, you can easily add it to your lesson booking.
