Important Rental Information

A passport, ID, or driving license is required for all rentals.

A rental day runs from 07:30 to 18:00. Gear must be returned daily unless you’re using our free overnight storage.

Next-day fittings are available between 18:30–20:30 to help you avoid morning rushes. Walk-ins start at 07:30.
ATTENTION: Never leave your ski or snowboard equipment unattended – especially outside cafés, bars, or lift stations.

Yes, every ski rental package includes poles at no extra cost.
How often is the equipment serviced?
All skis are checked, cleaned, and tuned daily to ensure safety and the best possible performance on Bansko’s slopes.
Do you offer ski rentals for beginners and advanced skiers?
Absolutely. We have Standard packages for beginners and Premium/Superior models for more experienced or adventurous skiers.
