  • What do I need to bring to rent equipment?

    A passport, ID card, or driving license is required for all rentals.

  • What are your rental hours?

    Our shop is open daily from 07:30 to 18:00. Next-day fittings are available between 18:30 and 20:30.

  • Can I reserve equipment online and pay at pickup?

    Yes, you can book online with no upfront payment – just pay when you pick up your gear.

  • Is overnight equipment storage included?

    Yes, secure overnight storage is included free of charge with every rental.

  • What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

    No worries! You can modify or cancel your reservation by contacting us directly – just let us know as soon as possible.
