These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all equipment rentals and bookings made through our website or in-person. By using our services you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Modifications to Terms
BSR Ski Rent may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised document on this page, effective immediately. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of these updates.
2. Information – Products & Services
We strive to ensure all information on our website – about the Company, products, services, availability, and pricing – is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for typographical or technical errors, which will be corrected when discovered.
3. Reservation Policy
- Bookings are made via our website’s “BOOK NOW” section, by phone, or email.
- Customer information (name, phone, email) and booking details (dates, equipment type) are required.
- Equipment sizes are indicative; customers can choose actual sizes upon collection.
- No deposit is required—full payment is made upon collection.
- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after you click Confirm Booking. If not received, please contact us.
4. Cancellations
To cancel your reservation, contact us by phone, email, or via our website contact form.
5. Equipment Collection & Return
- Pickup is available on the rental day or the evening before at no extra charge.
- Return all equipment by 19:00 on the last rental day. Late returns incur extra charges—please contact us to reschedule if needed.
6. Prices
- All prices are in Euro (€), include VAT, and are displayed on our website.
- Prices are valid at the time of ordering and may be updated anytime before invoicing.
7. Warranty, Damage & Loss
- Normal wear and tear is covered by BSR Ski Rent.
- You are responsible for any serious damage or loss and must pay repair or replacement costs.
8. Liability & Legal Capacity
- By booking, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Bulgarian law.
- BSR Ski Rent is not liable for injuries or accidents during equipment use—rental is at your own risk.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under Bulgarian consumer protection law.
9. Partial Validity
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under Bulgarian law, t hat part will be removed but the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is collected only for processing your booking and fulfilling our contractual obligations. Your data will be handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian data protection law.
