Important Rental Information

  • A passport, ID, or driving license is required for all rentals.

  • A rental day runs from 07:30 to 18:00. Gear must be returned daily unless you’re using our free overnight storage.

  • Next-day fittings are available between 18:30–20:30 to help you avoid morning rushes. Walk-ins start at 07:30.

ATTENTION: Never leave your ski or snowboard equipment unattended – especially outside cafés, bars, or lift stations.

    All skis are checked, cleaned, and tuned daily to ensure safety and the best possible performance on Bansko’s slopes.

  • Do you offer ski rentals for beginners and advanced skiers?

    Absolutely. We have Standard packages for beginners and Premium/Superior models for more experienced or adventurous skiers.
